actually i was thinking of being a professor in math when i was a kid...but then a cousin of mine was an engineer...

there was a flick in my mind that brought me to this wanna be when i grow up...

but i do love math and that's one factor why i wanted to be an engineer

I'm an engineer because 30 years ago I felt I like to be an engineer, but today I believe engineering is amusing and attractive, but not as prestigous as supposed to be in camparison to physician or dentist positions, also you don't have job security that much and salaries are usually less than what it should be.

I am observing things created/developed by engineer since childhood and wash to become an engineer to be part of that. Hence I become a Civil Engineer.

As most of the boys of my generation at first I wanted to build rockets an big engines :-) Then, 25 years ago I decided to become a civil engineer, mostly because nearly every project is unique, so my job won´t be boring.

By the way, I like Pravin Kadam´s definition, but it is a pity, that no one listens to us, especially in politics, where most of the leaders are lawyers and business guys (MBA or something like that).

To make life easier for human being, Engineers apply fundamentals of science/physics to solve real life problems. So to contribute my ideas in the same I became Engineer. Did my Undergraduate in Mechatroniucs Engineering and currently pursuing Masters degrees in Mechanical with focus on CFD&FEA
